The Position

Were looking for a talented, motivational, outgoing Coach

If in pursuit of fitness cert or have massive passion we may expedite and help you with certification)

• CPR / AED Certification
• Minimum 12 hours per week availability, ideally 20 hours (We do 3 or 4 hour afternoon shifts)
• MUST have personality! Must be an out-going people person, that bring energy and inspiration when you walk in the room.

Responsibilities

• Anytime Fitness coaches bring both fun AND results!! Coach your clients through high energy, scientifically sound, custom workouts!
• Design your own progressive workout programs to specifically suit the needs of your clientele. Utilize the many resources available to you like our coaching dashboard, and fitness app to keep your programs organized and accessible to your clients.
• Track your clients progress and measure their results as you help them achieve their goals.
• Assist your management team with upkeep of our gym.
• Share your passion for fitness by engaging with our members and booking Fitness Consults.
• In this role you will work to achieve both individual sales and service goals, as well as team and club-wide goals.
