**Title:** Full-Desk Recruiter & Sales Representative **Location:** Chicago, IL

AnthroMed Education is a provider of employment solutions and is dedicated to helping students one school at a time through our Speech Pathology, Social Work, and Special Education services. We currently partner with pre-K-12 schools in the area. Over the last year, our organization has grown significantly and expects to even faster over the next several years due to our unique business model, hardworking team, and dedication to quality service. The increased demand for our services has created several exciting new positions inside our fun and exciting company.

Were beginning the search for a new Full-Desk Recruiter & Business Development Representative to hire immediately who with play an important part in expanding our geographical footprint in 2022-2023. As a Full-Desk Recruiter, youll be responsible for developing new business opportunities within our established lines of service in key geographical markets throughout the United States, while simultaneously building and developing relationships with a pipeline of new candidates.

Were looking for experienced Recruiters with a proven track record of making successful placements and developing new client relationships. The Full-Desk Recruiter & Business Development Representative needs to be resourceful, naturally curious, tenacious, career-focused, and ready to roll up their sleeves and make a difference in childrens lives across the country.

**Sales Responsibilities:**

* Respond with accuracy and precision to client inquiries, referrals, and build lasting relationships within your territory.

* Manage an established list of AnthroMed clientele in the region, including scheduling meetings and interviews, implementing sales campaigns, attending networking and trade shows, etc.

* Partner closely with senior leadership and school administration officials in pre-K-12 schools to fulfill their Special Education services throughout the school year.

* Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation

* Call on new and existing clients and/or prospects to place top candidates in new school-based Special Education positions.

* Maintain a local working knowledge of local hiring practices in schools and network with decision-makers.

* Ability to multitask and work to fill multiple open positions at a time.

* Manage your portfolio of clients, both existing and new

**Recruiting Responsibilities:**

* Responsible for full-desk recruiting, including business development, candidate sourcing, recruiting, pre-screening, reference checking, negotiation of terms & closing

* Manage the recruitment and interview process from initial introduction through the final offer state.

* Establish and maintain a pipeline of candidates with various skillsets and locations.

* Input all data into the applicant tracking system, including but not limited to candidate names, resumes, available qualified candidates, etc.

* Manage the process from interview through offer stage.

* Conduct phone and zoom interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates.

* Mentor and develop entry-level recruiters on occasion, and work together to fulfill

* Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources

* Manage the interview, offer, and employee onboarding process to ensure the jobs are filled with high-quality candidates.

**Qualifications**

* Two years inside sales or staffing experience (both ideally).

* Consultative sales and recruiting experience required.

* Well-spoken, outgoing, and providing exceptional customer service.

* Must have a minimum of one year experience in Staffing & Recruitment or B2B sales

* Proven track record of success in closing sales and building long-term relationships.

* High energy, determination, and resilience.

* Possess zest, grit, hope, social and emotional intelligence, gratitude, and a sense of humor.

* Passion for contributing to team-oriented, mission-driven school culture.
