The #1 Residential Swimming Pool Builder in the USA is looking for a construction professional to join our team as our Swimming Pool Renovations Technician in Warminster, PA.

Job Duties:

• The ideal candidate must have prior experience in installing vinyl-liner pools and demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of vinyl-liner pool installation, including measuring for liner, removal of existing liner, light floor and wall repair and installation of liners. 
• Winter cover measuring and install as well as pool plumbing experience is a plus.
• Dedicated team player with the ability to manage others in an outdoor, residential construction environment.
• The candidate should be able to direct their co-workers in successful achievement of their construction goals, while also interacting politely and respectfully with the client.
• The candidate should be well-organized, reliable, safe, logical, and self-motivated.
• Measure and install safety covers per manufactories’ guidelines.
• Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of all pool services performed.
• Keeps current on pool-related service aspects by attending vendor and trade show training.
• Takes care of company vehicle by keeping maintained, clean, and stocked. Responsible for maintaining accurate and proper level of inventory on vehicle
• Clearly communicates with the renovations, construction, and warranty divisions by giving essential recommendations regarding customer claim issues
• Responsible for handling, transporting and delivering pool chemicals to customers including but not limited Chlorine, algaecides, pH balancers, muriatic acid. Responsible for adding chemicals to customers pools per manufacturer’s directions
• Assists in the in-field training of new team members.
• Ensure that SOP’s and safety procedures are followed in the field.
• Other projects and duties as required/assigned.

Qualifications:

• NESP CMS & CMT preferred
• Prior pool liner measurement and installation experience required. 
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
• Mechanical aptitude & problem solving
• Excellent organization skills
• Quick learner
• Results oriented, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Team player with customer focus
• Self-motivated
• Willingness and ability to travel
