Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service by assisting customers promptly and courteously, ensuring they have a memorable shopping experience.
• Fashion Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to offer valuable insights to customers.
• Sales Support: Offer honest and confident feedback on products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Promotions and Events: Keep informed about current promotions and sales events to maximize opportunities for customer satisfaction and sales.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain store organization and cleanliness, including operating registers efficiently for smooth transactions.
• Online Orders: Handle online orders accurately to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Phone Support: Comfortably handle phone inquiries and orders when needed.

Qualifications:

• Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales is required.
• Passion for Sales: Strong sales and customer service skills are essential.
• Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills are necessary for this role.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills are vital.
• Team Player: Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High School Diploma: Preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION

To Commensurate with Experience

These are paid part-time or full-time positions which require the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business. Applicants will be subject to a background check and drug testing. Please note that the interview process may include a phone interview and on-site interviews.

Pay: From $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
