Our dishwashers carry out the washing duties according to Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza standards and maintains the highest sanitation and safety standards every day. Our Dishwashers generally:* Operate the dish machine according to standards to ensure highest quality results (clean service ware) with minimal breakage.* Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.* Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.* Keep dish room clean and organized.* Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.* Clean food preparation and production areas as required.* Look for ways to minimize breakage of equipment and service ware.Dishwasher is generally offered as a part time restaurant job. Prior experience dishwasher, restaurant crew member, restaurant team member, janitor or other part time BOH restaurant jobs highly desirable.

Requirements/Responsibilities
No previous restaurant experience required however our Dishwashers are required to:* Communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room staff* Be able to work in a standing position throughout their shift.* Be a team player; willing to help any employee in need.* Understand and follow all safety and sanitation procedures* Be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds* Be able to bend and reach as necessary during their shift* Be able to safely and accurately handle all kitchen knives, meat slicer, mixer and other portioning/food preparation utensils* Practice high sanitary standards, including washing hands frequently* Be 18 years or older to handle any mixer, food processor or meat slicerDishwasher is generally offered as a part time restaurant job.
