Dr. Anthony Parisek's dental office in Marshall, is a well-established general dental practice.

We're looking for an unlicensed dental assistant to join our team & we're willing to train!

The candidate must have a "can-do" attitude, be friendly, cheerful, hardworking and reliable, open and honest. Great computer, phone and multi-tasking skills are a must, but are happy to provide training in all the other skills if you're the the right person for our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Licensed chairside dental assisting
  • Welcome & seat patients
  • Review & update health histories, medical conditions, & Meds
  • Capture x-rays, photos, impressions & other records
  • Assist the doctor in providing high quality dental care to patients
  • Promote a positive patient experience
  • Provide restorative & extended function care
  • Actively participating in daily & monthly meetings
  • Set-up & take-down treatment rooms, instruments, & equipment
  • Prepare clinical notes, patient charting, & other recordkeeping
  • Work on regulatory & legal compliance tasks
  • Back-office inventory management
  • Help train &/or cross-train team members
  • Sterilization
  • Infection Control
  • Back-office support tasks
  • Welcoming & seating patients
  • Answering & placing phone calls

  • hours are 7:15am - 5pm.
  • No evenings
  • Compensation is based on experience & skills
  • Entry level position pay: $16-$20/hour
  • Applicants with 5-years of dental experience: $20-$24/hour
  • Licensed dental assistants with 5-years of experience: $25-$30/hour
  • Some paid holidays* (*after eligibility period)
  • Up to 15 paid vacation days*
