As Interim Staffing Assistant, you will perform Student Success interviews, perform onboarding related tasks, and ensure relevant data is entered into multiple recruiting systems in a prompt and accurate manner. Specific responsibilities will include:
Collecting, managing, and filing of personnel related paperwork to include new hire paperwork
Creating offer letters, background check submissions, and administering new hire package through EMPtrust
Performing follow-up to ensure that paperwork is returned in a timely and accurate manner
Validating and entering HR data for domestic equipment shipments
Responding to routine inquiries from candidates outside the company, such as next steps in the hiring process; ensuring applications are updated
Performing routine weekly data reports on onboarding and hiring metrics
Handling multiple job tasks at one time and escalating issues in a timely mannerThe Candidate: Required skills:
Experience with recruitment processes and databases
Experience with various applicant tracking systems
Good decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience using MS Office, Excel, Word, OneDrive
Attention to detail; excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Must be able to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled work shift
Ability to take inbound (voice) phone calls in a conversation-heavy environment
Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English (equivalent to CEF B2 level or above)
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Willing to accept a temporary assignment
Must reside within an approved state*
Must be able to work from home with the following internet requirements: High-speed Internet Connection (Cable, Fiber, DSL)

Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function. Some roles will have variable pay.
