Are you ready to grow as a Cybersecurity Data Analyst? Antero Technology Services is looking for a proactive person with a TS/SCI clearance to join our Security Operations Center Team. Our SOC protects a mission-critical global infrastructure supporting 60,000 customers. You will be responsible for identifying, collecting, and reporting on key performance metrics to enable data-driven decision making. Your efforts will enable continuous improvement across the entire SOC and Customer’s enterprise. You will also participate in process analysis and improvement initiatives to enhance our Customer’s security posture.

What you’ll be doing
Identify, map, and establish data sources relevant to operational metrics
Develop data collection algorithms and transformations for tracking historical data and interpolating trends using database development, large-scale file manipulation, data modeling, data mapping, data testing, data quality, and documentation preparation
Develop data visualization resources and strategies to present a hierarchical views of security information systems status and usage, and providing single-pane-of-glass enterprise views for a decision advantage
Develop range parameters to monitor process quality metrics, identify outliers, report on trends and deviations, and assist with process correction activities
Serve as data Subject Matter Expert and work with Program and Customer leadership to define and develop contractual reporting metrics
Partner with multiple teams in our Cyber Fusion Center, including Service Desk, Infrastructure Engineering, and Network Engineering teams
Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to metrics analysis, process improvement, and quality assurance
What you’ll need to have
8570 IAT Level II Certification (typically Security )
Secondary Certification (CEH, CySA , Cloud , CND)
TS/SCI with CI Poly, or willingness and ability to be cleared
High School 12 years; Bachelor’s 8; Master’s 6
Must be highly self-motivated, able to manage own schedule and deliverables
Significant experience in metrics analysis, reporting, process improvement, and quality assurance process analysis
Experience in data mining within trouble ticket and event monitoring systems
Ability to develop data analytics and visualization solutions using ServiceNow, SQL Server, Tableau, Python, R, etc.
Experience interviewing Subject Matter Experts and Customers to capture reporting requirements
Knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and performance metrics best practices
Understanding of continuous improvement processes and relevant metrics
Engaging communications style with customers, peers, and support teams
