Anteris Tech is Hiring a Senior Product Manager - TAVR Near Eagan, MN

Anteris is a structural heart company delivering clinically superior solutions that help healthcare professionals create life-changing outcomes for patients. We are currently developing the first-in-class biomimetic TAVR valve as a growing and inclusive MedTech team with global office locations in Minneapolis, MN, US; Geneva, Switzerland; and Brisbane and Perth, Australia.

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of our existing product portfolio and the development of new technologies that address unmet clinical needs in the structural heart space. While experience with TAVR is a plus, a strong understanding of the structural heart landscape and a passion for bringing innovative products to market are essential.

About the Job

  • Develop and execute product launch plans, including defining product messaging, creating marketing materials, and managing clinical trial activities.
  • Define product requirements based on VOC and market analysis, and physician partnership.
  • Build and manage the product and corporate brands with intended audiences.
  • Dig deep into the clinical evidence in the TAVR space to understand competitor strengths / weaknesses and define a path to establish competitive advantages.
  • Partner with cross-functional partners (clinical, R&D, therapy development) to build a market development plan inclusive of clinical data and marketing tactics.
  • Track and analyze product and brand performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and lead efforts to optimize product and messaging.
  • Stay current on the latest trends and technologies in the structural heart market, identifying new opportunities for product development.
  • Use market data and experience to draft go-to-market planning materials.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders on product strategy and development.

  • This role can be based in Eagan or Maple Grove, MN

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management in the medical device industry.
  • Proven experience in bringing new medical devices to market.
  • Strong understanding of the structural heart market, with a preference for experience in TAVR devices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An understanding of clinical evidence and/or product requirements is desired.
  • Solution and execution oriented with the ability to drive projects to completion.
  • Bias to action and structure to define clear systems, processes, owners to get efficient results.
  • Team player who enjoys the collaboration across functions and stakeholders
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Project, etc.
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools.
  • Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working.
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player mindset is key!
