Job Title: Phone Operator

Duties:

- Operate a multi-line phone system and handle incoming calls
- Greet and communicate with callers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information and answer inquiries about the company's products or services
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Take accurate messages and relay them promptly to the intended recipient
- Maintain a log of all incoming and outgoing calls
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the database
- Assist with administrative duties as needed, such as filing, faxing, and photocopying

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a phone operator or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in typing and data entry
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
