OPPORTUNITY:

Operations Directorate Training, Exercise & DRRS Support: ANSER is seeking analysts with backgrounds in Special Operations Readiness, Training and Exercise programs & processes, including readiness reporting and who have at least 5 years of experience supporting U.S. efforts in the US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) area of responsibility (AOR).

RELEVANT EXPERTISE:

Successful candidates will have experience in one or more focus areas: Special Operations exercise development and collective training -or- experience with the operation, management and reporting functions of the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS).

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Secret security clearance
• SOUTHCOM AOR experience plus experience supporting special operations exercises and collective training event planning and/or experience with DRRS operation and functions
• Strong interpersonal/social skills; proven staff officer/contractor support excellence
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in staffing, communication, and coordination efforts across commands, services, and/or CCMD staffs is preferred

EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years of SOUTHCOM AOR experience; Exercise Planners require 5 years of exercise/collective training experience, SOF experience preferred; DRRS specialist requires 3 yrs DRRS experience
• A bachelor’s degree or higher, or an associate’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant experience

Location: Homestead, FL
