**Overview**:

Ansco & Associates, is seeking a Warehouse/Yard Technician to work out of our Marietta, GA worksite, to coordinate deliveries of tools/supplies/materials relevant to Utility Construction which are maintained in the warehouse/shop and yard areas. In addition, this position will be responsible for grounds maintenance (mowing, weed eating, general clean up, etc., of the yard/parking areas. Forklift experience preferred. Drivers License required, CDL a plus.

**Responsibilities:**

* Check in and out equipment/small tools

* Load/unload materials, deliver/move materials around warehouse/yard

* Deliver equipment to field sites as needed

* Assist with errands

* Ground maintenance (mowing, weed eating, etc)

* Keep yard cleanpick up trash

* Maintain clean/orderly areas in office and shop/warehouse

* Performs other duties under direction of Supervisor

* Fill in for Laborers when needed

Property or worksite restoration

Performs general construction work under direction of Foreman or Supervisor

Hand diggingshovels at various angles/including in ditches

**Qualifications:**

* Use of hand tools (shovel, jackhammer, rake, manta, etc.)

* Ability operate gas powered equipment (mower, weed eater, etc)

* Ability to operate various types of trucks and equipment

* Ability to follow directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies

* Ability to perform physical labor

* Ability to maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally

* Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all organizational levels
