JOB TITLE: Office Coordinator/ Patient Education

We are a high-end medical company based on international knowledge and technology in the critical care field that started its activities in the US four years ago. We are in the process of expanding our personnel and are looking for highly qualified individuals from various backgrounds for an immediate opening for an office coordinator. This position requires refined communication skills, the ability to educate patients and families, attention to detail, and patience. We value our staff and make sure they are well compensated and work in a great environment.

General Responsibilities:

· Serving as a brand representative to all

· Providing access and education to patients

· Presenting a professional image to patients and visitors

· Assisting patients in arranging hospital admission including payments, paperwork and travel logistics

· Answering phones, monitoring online messages, scheduling patients

· Maintaining patient records

Required Minimum Education: Associate degree or above.

Experience: 5 years of customer service and minimum 2 years of healthcare experience preferred.

Required Skills:

· Highly developed communication skills

· Ability to effectively represent the company

· Confidence and knowledge to instill assurance in the patient and their family

· Must possess an ability to work independently

· Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

· Must work as a team to accomplish goals and maintain strong organizational skills

· Must show initiative, be dependable, detail-oriented, committed to the success of the, organization and have excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and through electronic means

· Must be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor

· Advanced computer skills are required including knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

· Foreign language knowledge is preferred.

• We will be relocating office to St. Petersburg around mid-2024. Please keep this in mind when applying.
