Anova Health Care Services, Inc. is looking for competent, compassionate caregivers to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. This can often be a demanding job, but it can also be very satisfying and rewarding, since people who are ill, injured, disabled or elderly are thankful for high quality assistance. The ideal candidates will be patient and friendly with excellent communication and time management skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring/ambulation

• Meal preparation as needed

• Shopping/Errands
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as sweeping/vacuuming/mopping, dusting, changing linens, laundry, trash removal
• Companionship

Skills needed:

• Experience as a caregiver preferred
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and basic cooking

• Respectful and compassionate

• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Have reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years of age
