Another Step, Inc.is seeking a certified trainer/ instructor for First Aid & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.

Training will generally be scheduled for groups, but there may be an occasional need for individual training. Required training supplies and equipment will be provided. Classes will take place in both Orangeburg, NY and Elmsford, NY, approximately 3-4 classes per month as needed. We will work around your schedule.

Job Requirements:

- Develop and deliver effective first aid and CPR training courses to individuals and groups based on a certified Training Program
- Create lesson plans and instructional materials
- Teach participants essential first aid skills such as CPR, wound care, and emergency response procedures
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, hands-on demonstrations, and interactive activities
- Assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, progress, and certification status

- Maintain attendance records and provide written certificates to participants

Qualifications:
- Demonstrate effective communication skills.

- Must have current American Red Cross CPR/AED and Community First Aid Instructor certification or equivalent.

- Must have a valid Driver’s License.

- Previous teaching experience or safety training experience.

Work Schedule:
- Variable, dependant on lesson schedule.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
