Anticipated Salary Range: $107,000 – $143,000 depending on experience.
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping the institutions financial landscape. In this role, your expertise will be crucial in executing essential finance functions with a direct impact on our programs, necessitating a deep understanding of internal policies, systems, and external regulations.
You will be responsible for managing key areas within our finance operation, providing critical financial analysis, generating forecasts, reviewing transactions, and making recommendations to PPO unit administrators and senior management. Your involvement in projects will include crafting budgets and forecasts, advocating best practices for proactive financial management, ensuring policy compliance, and serving as the go-to expert for complex financial, policy, procedural, and technical matters.
This position manages a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, requiring a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, productivity, accuracy, organization, sound judgment and decision making.
