Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supervising children with parents and other family members with children of all ages.

Monitoring Exchanges of children between parents and other family members.

Taking detailed notes regarding visits and interaction with the child.

Must have experience in supervised visitation, child protective services, or working with children and families.

Associate Degree/Bachelor Degree preferred. CPR Certification required or completed before the first assignment.

This position requires the following:

• Must be professional with the ability to effectively set limits and function in a crisis-oriented situation.
• Must possess maturity, good judgment, and the ability to work independently.
• Over the age 21 and pass a 10-year background and Health and Human Services
• Standing or sitting for extended periods.NO Criminal History.
• Reliable Transportation. Willing to travel within Travis and Williamson County.
• Great Communication, bi-lingual is a plus but not required
• Ability to take extremely detailed notes of parent-child observations
• Ability to maintain a neutral position.
• Ability to work with various segments of the population.
• Must have an Associates' Degree or above.
• Must work evenings, and weekends; Days shift on Holiday and Spring Break with Parents.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, NO GUARANTEED HOURS; Start pay is 18.00 . . AC4C, PLLC main goal is to allow parents to see their children without breaking them financially. That is why we are the lowest cost to parents. But we do quality work.
