We have an opportunity for an experienced, entrepreneurial-minded, motivated and organized early childhood professional to be the Director of a high quality preschool in the Gainesville / Haymarket Virginia Area. The school has an excellent reputation in the market, a fantastic work-environment, and great teachers!
We're looking for a Director who shares our 'children first' mindset. The successful candidate will also have experience leading a childcare center, including hiring and mentoring teachers, setting objectives, guiding curriculum, working with licensing, and more, all while having fun being surrounded by amazing children. A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, or similar, is required; a Master's degree is preferred. This is a 'run your own ship' type of opportunity.
In addition to competitive base salary, the Director's compensation package includes performance-based bonuses totaling up to 15% of the base salary. The Director also receives heavily discounted tuition, health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off and paid holidays.
