Job Description:
• Manage Vemo Workforce staff planning tool in coordination, collaboration, and direction of team's managers. • Vemo is a workload and workforce management tool. • The data input, management, and results are used across the leadership and program management teams. The software tool can be learned on-the-job by anyone with average computer skills and application knowledge. • Exports from Vemo are best viewed, reviewed, and manipulated in Microsoft Excel so strong Excel knowledge and proficiency is required.
• An average work week will include one-on-one meetings with managers to coordinate staffing changes and allocations, coordination with Control Account Managers, data entry, data review, results analysis, and preparation for the following week's meetings with Managers. Some coordination with other Vemo users and administrators is expected but scope of responsibility will remain within the Lines of Business and will not have enterprise-wide responsibilities.
