Insert Quality Control (IQC)

Location: Milwaukee, WI, 53207

• Perform visual analysis of the finished inserts and apply criteria previously defined to determine rejections or acceptances of final products.
• Record and report any issues or defects found during quality checks
• Collaborate with production team to resolve quality issues and improve processes
• Ensure all products are properly labeled and packaged for shipment
• Responsible for accurate data collection & record keeping via computer program
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory counts and audits
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Other duties, as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in production or quality control is a plus
• Must possess a strong attention to detail
• Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills are required
• The ability to read and interpret documentation in English is required
• The ability to communicate both verbally and written in English is required.
• The ability to lift up to 25 pounds is required.
• The ability to stand for up to 8 hours is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in and environment that can be seasonably warm or cool and dusty
• Must be reliable.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
