Responsibilities:
Perform visual analysis of the finished inserts and apply criteria previously defined to determine rejections or acceptances of final products.
Record and report any issues or defects found during quality checks
Collaborate with production team to resolve quality issues and improve processes
Ensure all products are properly labeled and packaged for shipment
Responsible for accurate data collection & record keeping via computer program
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with inventory counts and audits
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in production or quality control is a plus
Must possess a strong attention to detail
Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills are required
The ability to read and interpret documentation in English is required
The ability to communicate both verbally and written in English is required.
The ability to lift up to 25 pounds is required.
The ability to stand for up to 8 hours is required.
Excellent communication skills are required.
Ability to work in and environment that can be seasonably warm or cool and dusty
Must be reliable.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
