CNC Mill Operator
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines
- Read and interpret instructions
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met
- Other duties, as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating CNC milling machines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to work in an environment that may be seasonable warm or cool and dusty.
- The ability to speak, understand and read in English is strongly preferred.

- Pay range is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour base wage to start
- Actual starting wage will depend on experience level of candidate
- Second shift employees earn an addition $1.00 per hour for shift differential
- Employees who meet or exceed expectations in their first 90 days will be eligible for a merit increase at 90 days
