Responsibilities:

The duties of a Front Desk Associate encompass tasks such as guest check-ins, reservation management, and offering details about rooms, rates, and amenities. We seek a self-motivated individual with a good understanding of the local area and the capability to provide recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the welcoming culture that our guests deeply appreciate.

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform guest about payment methods and verify their credit card data

Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)

• Welcome guests upon their arrival
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Find a resolution to guest dissatisfaction
• Keep contact with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and ready for guest arrivals
• Correspondence via email with guests regarding their stay Skills
• People pleasing attitude
• Naturally conversational

Requirements:

• We believe in the right attitude and the rest can be trained!
• Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in customer service is preferred but not necessary
• Willingness to learn software
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be available to work weekends as needed
• Must have sound judgment and discretional skills and be able to work with little supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
