Job Description: Senior Customer Acquisition Marketing Analyst

Role

The senior customer acquisition marketing analyst position provides support to the customer acquisition team with a focus on analysis, coordination, administrative tasks and responsibilities. This position is key in the execution of multi-channel demand generation tactics ultimately driving qualified leads into new to file customers. This role will participate in our data-driven marketing campaigns and drive multiple aspects of customer acquisition. Candidates need to be organized, proactive team players who work well collaborating with others. The successful candidate is expected to contribute to the direct marketing business and advance into even higher responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotion execution for acquisition efforts
• Deliver on cohesive onmi-channel marketing campaigns that drive an increase in customer file as well as increases brand awareness
• Secure and analyze promotion costs and related reporting
• Establish KPIs and monitor the metrics that drive marketing effectiveness, efficiency and performance
• Manage keycode assignments and setups for tracking purposes in various channels
• Assist with direct mail list processing setups

Accountabilities

• Timeliness and accuracy of promotional details
• Adherence to schedules and timetables
• Launches marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives
• Track, analyze and interpret key performance metrics to maximize campaign success

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Results and solution oriented with the ability to execute solutions and tactics
• Ability to handle many detail-rich projects simultaneously
• Confident thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills eager to listen and learn
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional project management skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with various types of people, internally and outside the company, and dynamically align to changing business needs
• High-energy, positive self starter who is willing to go above and beyond to make a difference in an organization
• Creative problem-solving ability center around results
• Essential job functions include the ability to use a computer, phone and other standard office equipment; along with the ability to sit at a desk for the majority of an eight-hour day
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 4 years marketing experience preferred
