Anne Arundel ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery and Medispa is Hiring a Call Center Representative Near Annapolis, MD

We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Answer phones professionally and patiently.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives by using scheduling guides.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products if they arise (not mandatory)
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Schedule Medical appointments for ear, nose, and throat problems.

Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer support role, especially Medispa knowledge.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with Modernizing Medicine (EMA).
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
  • Otolargyngology and MediSpa experience are very helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
