Annapolis Salt Delivery, a small family owned business, is looking for Part Time Delivery Technicians to join our team! We are looking for candidates who want to get in at the ground level and help us grow.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, motivated, and customer service driven. Our ideal candidates are personable and ready to get the job done. Success in this position will require putting safety first and caring about our customer expectations and satisfaction.
Work days/hours are flexible. We are happy to create a schedule that works for the right candidates. Compensation starts at $18.00 /hour, depending on experience and motivation.
Qualifications:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Clean Driving Record & Ability to Pass a Drug Test (Required)
- Ability to lift 80 lbs (Required)
- Work Related Driving Experience (Preferred)
- Previous Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
- A positive, willing to learn attitude
Job Description: As a Delivery Technician for Annapolis Salt Delivery, you will be delivering 40lb bags of salt and various other supplies for water softeners and filtration systems to residences and businesses. We provide everything you will need for the day: a company vehicle, products & training, scheduled deliveries/routes, and uniforms.
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operating a large truck
- Loading, transporting, and delivering products to customers in a safe and timely manner
- Providing excellent customer service
- Adhering to scheduled routes and appointment times
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
- Meeting expectations and following company rules and guidelines
Attendance Expectation: It is essential that you show up on time to fulfill your shifts consistently. Our customers schedule their delivery appointments in advance and trust in us to show up when we say we will. We have a strict attendance policy.
Performance Expectation: You will receive paid training and continual support to grow as a valued member of our team!
