As our Personal Care Home/Day Program Administrator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and implementing resident programs and services through the Program Center, Residential Services, Assessment and Curriculum, Social Services, and the Medicaid Waiver Day Program in accordance with applicable regulations. This position will oversee multiple departments within Annandale's full continuum of care. Strong leadership skills are a must for this position, and successful candidates will also demonstrate effective organization and operational skills, must be collaborative, strategic and customer oriented, with an emphasis on growth and support of current programs. You will report to our Chief Programs Officer.

Education Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred.
Licenses: Personal Care Home Administrator licenses preferred; at a minimum must meet requirements for eligibility and obtain within the first 90 days of employment. Must be able to meet the minimum requirements outlined by DBHDD to be certified as a Developmental Disability Professional (DDP).
Experience: Previous job-related experience
