Overview:

Must be 18 (due to operating machinery) . Equipment will be provided.

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of landscaping and maintenance techniques.

Duties:
- Perform regular grounds keeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
- Maintain and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns
- Plant and cultivate flowers, trees, and shrubs to enhance the landscape
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides to maintain the health of plants
- Clean and maintain outdoor structures such as walkways, patios, and fences
- Remove debris and litter from the grounds to keep the area clean and presentable
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently

Skills:
- Proficient in operating power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, ect
- Knowledge of various hand tools used in landscaping and grounds keeping
- Familiarity with lawn care techniques including mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Ability to irrigate plants effectively using different irrigation systems
- Understanding of landscape design principles to enhance the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces
- Experience in garden maintenance including planting, pruning, and weeding
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the grounds are well-maintained at all times
