Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Anna, FL
- Complete work basic orders called in by guest services
- Ability to communicate with colleagues and guests appropriately
- Ability to trouble shoot many areas of homes that need be
- Ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of pools and the equipment
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures while performing duties
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
- Set up cable and internet services and trouble shoot
- Perform city inspections for licensing
- Change out Air Filters
- Other jobs and tasks as they come up. There is a wide variety of fixes that will come up.
- The ability to fix broken things
- Complete quality checks of the physical condition of vacation rentals
- Complete quality checks of the cleanliness of vacation rentals
- Complete quality checks of linens of vacation rentals
Must have a VALID Driver's License, full back ground check will be preformed on all final candidates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
