Ann Webb Skin Institute, a leader in advanced esthetics education in Austin, TX, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Esthetician Instructor to join our team!

OUR MISSION: We are dedicated to creating leaders in the Esthetics field by providing an exceptional education and a friendly, upbeat environment in which students can hone real-world skills. Our students go far beyond the basics, with an education taught entirely by working professionals in the Esthetics field. We focus on medical esthetics and laser technology to give students the skills they need to make a real change in clients' skin. Students may choose from the following courses: Esthetics, Eyelash Extensions, and Cosmetology Operator. We also offer advanced training for those who are already licensed. Our goal is to empower students to take charge of their career, excel in their field, and become a positive influence in their community.

In this role, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of the esthetics industry by fostering a love of skincare and the knowledge and skills needed for success.

Here's what you'll do:

• Deliver engaging curriculum for our esthetics program, ensuring alignment with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) standards
• Instruct students on a variety of esthetics theories, techniques, and treatments (facials, waxing, chemical peels, etc.)
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment
• Evaluate student progress through practical exams and written assignments
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in esthetics
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the esthetics program

You're a perfect fit if you have:

• Texas State Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required)
• Minimum 1 years of experience working as a licensed esthetician in a clinical setting
• Proven teaching experience or a strong desire to train future professionals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
• Passion for the esthetics industry and a commitment to student success
• Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer skills 
• Knowledgeable with Google suites
