About the role

The Sample Coordinator is responsible for the collection, organization and tracking of seasonal ecommerce samples. This role requires complete knowledge of the collections each season. This position will serve a critical role, interfacing cross functionally with Marketing, PR, Creative, Merchandising, Sourcing, and external partners. The individual in the role must be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask. This person should be able to establish best practices to keep the E-Commerce team functioning smoothly. Sense of urgency and a positive attitude is a must.

The impact you can have

• Manage all samples directly including delivery, tagging, and tracking for E-Commerce photo shoots and various projects. Collaborate with other teams to borrow and return samples. Obtain sample approval when needed.
• Communicate sample needs and availability with shoot production for scheduling of shoot dates and bookings.
• Prep and oversee all style outs with stylist and merchant meetings, ensuring samples are clearly tagged/organized. Ensure all photography requests and concerns are communicated.
• Unpack, Record, organize and tag all incoming samples in Inventory Management Tool.
• Rack and label each delivery for clear and organized style out and subsequent shoots.
• Constant check in on photo shoots for each delivery. Ensuring samples have been received, and the studio is clear on which priorities to shoot.
• Organize and maintain sample closet, purging appropriate samples and coordinating with merchandising team for sample pass off dates.

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred

• The target salary range for this role is: $23.08 - $24.04 hourly*
