We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and develop valuable skills in sales and customer relations. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products or services
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of technology products or technical sales is a plus
- Experience in jewelry sales is a bonus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
