We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their purchasing needs. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with product information and assistance
- Assist customers in finding the right products that meet their needs
- Conduct sales transactions and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of wireless technology sales or electronics sales is beneficial
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandise displays
