**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a passionate Daycare Teacher to join our Willow Room ages (3 1/2 -5 years) . The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners.

**Duties:**

- Implement age-appropriate curriculum to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.

- Create engaging activities that encourage learning through play.

- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique needs and interests.

- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.

- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in toddler care or preschool settings is preferred.

- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.

- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning atmosphere.

- Experience working with children in caregiving roles.

- Strong skills in behavior management and childhood development.
