Ankeny Lawn and Landscapes, LLC is Hiring a Landscaping worker (FULL TIME) Near Ankeny, IA

Ankeny Lawn and Landscapes, LLC is a fast growing company looking to add to our landscape installation team!

We are a stable, yet quickly growing Design, Installation and Maintenance company located in Ankeny, IA. We have earned a reputation of being the expert in unique, and modern Landscape Designs and Lawn Care for the last 10 years. We have the pleasure of working with positive clients, enjoying the great outdoors, and seeing the beauty of our efforts every day.

Experience is attractive but not required. We do hands on training with our new team members and also encourage formal, technical training classes.

We are most importantly looking for excellent human beings, we will train you!

The duties to be performed are including but not limited to:

  • Hardscape services - Concrete Block Retaining Walls, Natural Boulder Retaining Walls, Paver Patios, Limestone Patios, and more
  • Softscape Services - Plant installations, Tree Installations and Staking, Plant Care, Shrub Trimming, Mulch Installation, Rock Installation, and more

Details:

  • Pay rate is very competitive and will depend on experience and availability
  • 40-50 hrs/week - with 1.5x Overtime
  • Possible Saturdays - We ask who wants to work Saturdays if needed!
  • Monday - Friday work weeks
  • Full time positions from late March until the snow flies with winter pay options for year round work!

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License with Insurable Driving Record
  • Dependable Transportation to and from Work
  • Willing to take a background check
  • Ability to work at a Smoke-Free Jobsite
  • Ability to safely drive single and tandem axle trailers a plus (but not required)
