• Thoroughly clean all surfaces, including floors, windows, and walls, to maintain a hygienic environment free from hair, dirt, and grime.
• Aid in nail trims and safely transport pets to the groomers for additional services as needed.
• Recommend products tailored to the specific needs of each client's pet to enhance their grooming routine.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both pets and clients.
• Engage with clients in a friendly and relaxed manner to foster a welcoming atmosphere in the facility.
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed, including stocking shelves and breaking down deliveries as time allows, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
