We are currently seeking full-time & part time Customer Experience Technicians to join our Adoptions team. In this role, you will be the face and/or voice for our furry friends and community by providing the best customer experience. You will play a key role in providing compassionate, empathetic, and friendly interactions with customers, patrons, staff, and volunteers while maintaining a safe and healthy environment. you will be joining a team that works together to create change and provides a meaningful impact every day for the animals and our community.

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 2 years' customer service experience (preferred)
• Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record 
• Excellent customer service skills, including problem-solving skills
• Animal Handling experience (may do basic evaluations and vaccines)
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and openness to change
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
