This position is based in our Brewster, Cape Codlocation.

What you will do:

Use your skills to make a difference by becoming a part of one of the best and oldest animal welfare organizations! Here’s how: 

• Welcome and assist visitors and clients at the Brewster Animal Care and Adoption Center in a friendly and courteous manner;
• Answer the telephone promptly, provide callers with excellent customer service, and transfer calls if needed;
• Respond to inquiries by email and forward messages if needed;
• Manage flow of foot traffic in the Brewster Animal Care and Adoption Center as needed during adoption hours.
