Animal Medical Center of Holly Springs is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist Near Woodstock, GA

Animal Medical Center of Holly Springs

We are a two doctor practice located in Woodstock, Ga. We provide excellent care to our canine and feline companions. We are a full service veterinary clinic and provide the following services: wellness care, dentistry, radiology, surgery, in house labs, and more. Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri 7:00AM-5:00PM

Duties:

  • Happily greet clients. Check patients in/out. Obtaining patient weight and directing them to the appropriate place. Check client charges for accuracy. Take detailed and accurate notes. Any knowledge of OTC or prescription medications is a plus!
  • MUST be able to confidently handle multi-phone lines. Multi-tasking is a MUST! Screen calls and transfer them appropriately. Call clients regarding previous days appointment.
  • Accurately inputting client information. Scheduling appointments. Logging client communications into the chart.
  • Accept payments from clients and process them appropriately and accurately. Must be able to accurately count cash and provide appropriate change. Balance end of day transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
