Two doctor practice seeking a responsible, dependable, task oriented minded receptionist with experience in the veterinary profession or medical office background. Job responsibilities include but not limited to: answering phones, checking patients in and out, collecting money, scheduling follow up and new patient appointments. Knowledge of the veterinary medical terminology a plus. Familiarity with Avimark a plus. Applicant must be motivated, dedicated, personable and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
