Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
Our practice continues to grow!
We are hiring part time to full time receptionist(s).
The ideal candidate will need to have previous veterinary experience, a positive attitude and willingness to provide outstanding service to our clients to succeed at our front desk.
- Heavy phone work
- Able to effectively work in a noisy, fast paced environment.
- Ability to effectively triage phone calls and appropriately schedule appointments based on information provided.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing our clients and their pets the very best service in the industry.
- Greeting/checking in clients for appointments
- Accurately interpret vaccine histories from other hospitals
- Entering invoices following appointments/surgeries and collecting payments
Variable schedule that will change based on the needs of the hospital best serving our clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
