We are a thriving behavior specialty clinic located in Virginia. We have two locations: one in Fairfax and the other in Richmond. Our purpose is to screen companion animals for significant behavioral disorders, diagnose them, and develop treatment plans to assist in their rehabilitation. While the majority of our practice is dedicated to intervention, we also offer puppy prevention classes, private training, professional coaching, and topic specific workshops. The Client Coordinator has the responsibility to manage clients’ requests and support developers in providing them with high quality solutions. You provide a point of contact for our customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns. We expect you to be a good listener and an efficient communicator. Since the Client Coordinator role is a key factor in the company’s success, we look for someone with a passion for serving others. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the quality of our products and services.

Position Requirements: - Reliable transportation to and from work. - Must be at least 18 years or older - Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Previous Work Experience: - Veterinary, reception, or treatment experience: (1 year preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
