JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support inventory management performance and cost reduction processes for a facility (Brewery or DC) and wholesaler markets in the US
  • Own performance and reporting of key inventory metrics
  • Explore process change opportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • Support brewery service level agreements (direct loading, manage floor inventory, adjust and react to production variances) by proper schedule synchronization & order configuration
  • Foster mutually beneficial relationships with wholesalers through fluctuating warehouse inventory management, updates to forecasted sales, and changes to production
  • Coordinate planned & unplanned events such as new product rollouts, product holds, recalls, return material expediting, last minute promotions, damaged product, special events, same day beer coordination, mis-shipments & natural disasters
  • Work effectively as a team member within the Logistics execution team
  • Participate actively in a positive manner to execute, support, monitor, and achieve Logistics KPIs and goals
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication skills (telephone and email) are essential
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or Operations
  • Strong teamwork & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with excellent follow-up skills
  • Prior business or internship experience, particularly in a transportation or supply chain role
