SALARY: $25-$35 per hour
SHIFT: Monday-Friday Day shift, with opportunities for overtime on weekends and shift coverage

ROLE SUMMARY:
Our Environmental and Safety Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating environmental health and safety policies, workplace and equipment inspections and implements workplace safety programs, occupational safety training for employees and monitor compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Coordinate Safety-First promotions (Safety Kick-Off, World Safety Day, Etc.) throughout the year
Coordinate Better-World promotions (World Water Day, World Environmental Day, America Recycles Day, etc) throughout the year
Utilize Six Sigma tools to achieve KPI targets and close gaps in performance (root cause analysis, GAP analysis, Routine meeting schedules, Action logs, 5-why's, 5S, Fishbone Diagrams, Sustainability Cycles, Etc.)
Lead application and execution of Anheuser-Busch Cultural Process Tools
Lead Plant's Safety Committee
Actively Participate in Plant's Environmental committee
Coordinate weekly safety walks and analyze findings.
Work Place Transport Safety owner, ensure standard visualization is up to date and maintained.
Coordinate Safety Training & ES Communications (Yearly Refresher, Contractor and Visitor, New Hire, Safety in Motion, Mobile Equipment, Visual Boards, etc).
Participate in Formal Risk Assessments throughout the facility & provide support for completing risk assessment action items
Conduct departmental area ES monitoring & Inspections
Participate in post-incident Root Cause Analysis on Injuries and Safety Incident Observations
Conduct New-hire ES Training
Schedule Motorized Equipment training
Champion the Work Permit program
Manage Self-Directed Safety Processes
SOP owner for LOTO and Confined space updates.
PPE owner for facilities, budget and safety shoe coordinator.
SAFE form program owner.
Coordinate site security and building access.
Assist HAACP Leader closing gaps, managing meetings and PRP Audits.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED - Higher Education and/or Certification in the field of EH&S or OSHA preferred
First Aid and CPR Instructor Certification preferred
Spanish as a second language, both verbal and written preferred
Work Experience to include manufacturing
Basic knowledge of farming activities
Strong, interpersonal, communication, technical/problem solving skills
Ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems
Effectively manages time between floor and administrative duties
SAP and Microsoft Office Suite Experience Preferred
