Angry Byrd Logistics is Hiring a Delivery Driver Near Hanover, MD
There are many Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) for you to work at in the DMV area, but we truly believe you’ll LOVE being part of Angry Byrd Logistics! As a delivery driver, you'll drive an Amazon-branded van, stay active, learn time management and customer service skills, and be part of a close-knit, motivated team that safely delivers Amazon packages to customers in your community. We currently operate out of DBA8 in Hanover, within two miles of the Arundel Mills Mall and ten minutes from BWI Airport. Woman-owned and launched in 2021, Angry Byrd Logistics focuses not only on delivering thousands of smiles to Amazon customers, but on developing our delivery associates into professional drivers in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Join the team! We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Full-Time Delivery Associates: 3-4 day workweek (based on volume) with one weekend day required per week. 10:30 am – 8:30pm (10-hour shift)

What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers. Deliver each package with care – as you would want it delivered to you!
- Build a consistently safe professional driving record while operating a company provided vehicle, and deliver in varying weather conditions.
- Stay active delivering 200 or more packages ranging from envelopes to boxes weighing up to 50lbs, and getting in and out of a van up to 200 times per day.
- Be comfortable navigating stairs while delivering packages.
- Work 3-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day with shifts available seven days a week. Weekend work is required.
- Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
- Use hand held device for pre-planned routing information.
What You'll Need as a Delivery Driver
- Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid (non-provisional) driver's license within the state of Maryland (non CDL driver’s license okay)
- Maintain a safe driving record, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with weather/road conditions
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test

Schedule
- Approximate hours are 10:30 am to 8:30 pm.
- Shifts are available 7 days a week, 361 days a year (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day and Independence Day).
- Must work one weekend day per week
*Tuition reimbursement and 401(k) available after 90 days of full-time employment.
**All insurance coverage is available after 30 days of full-time employment
