We are seeking sales professionals to help us aggressively grow the business. We are searching for energetic, motivated, experienced individuals who are interested in utilizing a consultative selling approach to increase our customer base. (This role is primarily remote, with one day per week in the office and four days per week working at home.)

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
• Develops and maintains on-going networking relationships with local community
• Thoroughly understands all existing products and keeps up-to-date on new products
• Follows all compliance guidelines and procedures
• Maintains relationships with existing clients including recommending new products to better serve their needs
• Handles customer inquiries when Customer Service Representatives are unavailable

• Portrays a professional image through proper appearance and actions
• 2-3 years minimum insurance sales experience required
• Excellent at following up with prospects/managing leads
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Passionate about meeting customer needs
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Desire to be active in community
• Ability to follow and improve agency processes
• Life & Health license required for future promotions
