Overview:

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment

- Conduct room audits and ensure all procedures are followed accurately
- Utilize phone systems efficiently and maintain proper phone etiquette
Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hotel industry is desired
- Proficiency in revenue management techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Familiarity with booking operations and night audit procedures
