Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Manager to oversee operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Duties:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for revenue management
- Handle guest relations and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct room audits and ensure all procedures are followed accurately
- Utilize phone systems efficiently and maintain proper phone etiquette

Experience:

- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hotel industry is desired
- Proficiency in revenue management techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Familiarity with booking operations and night audit procedures
