Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is Hiring a Director of Operations (RN License Required) Near Sherman, TX

Position: Director of Recruiting Operations
Location: Sherman, TX
Pay Range: $85,000 - $125,000 based on experience

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and purposeful Director of Recruiting to lead, develop, and manage our ambitious and high-performing Texas Recruiting team. As the Director of Recruiting, you will partner closely with Leadership to ensure we implement the top recruiting processes, infrastructure and solutions to grow at scale. This will include but not be limited to staff coaching and development, systems enhancements, review of recruiting metrics, and employee hires/terminations as required. You will be responsible for fostering relationships with key stakeholders, developing strategic programs centered around employee on-boarding, candidate referral program, social media, advertisements, career website strategy, recruiting performance metrics and operational efficiencies. You will help provide actionable insights to help each Recruiter with continual improvement and ROI. You will need a RN License. 

What you’ll do

  • Manage and scale our recruiting systems and processes to maximize workflow efficiency and enhance candidate and employee experience. 
  • Maintain compliance with all local and national employment regulations concerning the recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintain and optimize our tools/systems to ensure the highest ROI. 
  • Maintain team morale and motivation. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to tell Angels of Care’s story, amplify those messages and measure effectiveness by integrating into systems, processes, and analytics. 
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify operational weaknesses and help continuously innovate talent attraction, selection, and candidate experience. 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with employment agencies, external recruiters, professional associations, or other organizations that can ensure a continuous pipeline of employment candidates.
  • Responsible for forecasting requisition load and headcount to guarantee optimal recruitment activity.
  • Crosstrain and develop current and future recruitment staff to support functional requisition changes. 
  • Partner with key business leaders to plan for current and future talent needs based on organization needs and objectives
  • Ensure operational excellence across the recruiting funnel including but not limited to:
  • Conceptualize and deliver recruiting metrics and dashboards for both the organization and business leaders to support accountability and transparency in all recruitment processes
  • Improve recruiter productivity over time by leveraging dashboards, aligning the team on issues and driving initiatives to address gaps. 
  • Define the process for measuring and tracking progress towards candidate conversion rate goals for internal and external recruiting.
  • Maintain and analyze weekly KPI reports to demonstrate hiring trends and productivity of the Recruitment team.

What you’ll need

  • RN License
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is also accepted.
  • Experience using and analyzing data to build/drive operational dashboards and insights.
  • Ability to describe best in class talent attraction, selection processes and tactics across the full candidate experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment. 
  • Strong ability to communicate, educate and influence adoption of standard methodologies across national teams successfully and thoughtfully. 
  • 2 years nursing
  • Home health or recruiting experience preferred
