Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our school this summer, with the potential to continue through our 2024-2025 school year. As a Camp Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for campers. This is a paid position, and we offer opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety of campers at all times
- Plan and lead engaging activities, including games, crafts, and sports
- Provide guidance and support to campers in their personal and social development
- Assist with behavior management and promote positive interactions among campers
- Implement classroom management techniques to maintain a structured environment
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and inclusive camp experience
Requirements:
-Fingerprinting clearance with DOI Identogo.
-ALL TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS LISTED HERE ( https://angelsinthegardens.com/staff-resources)
-Up to date Medical form with proof of immunizations, and PPD shot.
-Experience in Early Childhood Education/Childhood Education
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with children of various ages
- CPR/First aid training or willing to obtain certification before the start of employment
