Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and other key stakeholders to promote the agency’s services.
- Conduct community outreach activities to raise awareness about the agency’s services and programs.
- Coordinate and attend community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for community partners, clients, and their families, addressing inquiries and providing information about available services.
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance the agency’s visibility and reputation.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials.
- Provide regular reports on outreach activities, community feedback, and potential opportunities for collaboration.
- Conduct supervisory visits to caregivers to ensure quality of care and compliance with agency standards.
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients or caregivers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any service gaps.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a community liaison, outreach, or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or homecare industry.
- Strong understanding of the local community and healthcare landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with public speaking and presenting to groups.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
