RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Meeting prospects at multiple sites to perform apartment tours
- Effectively communicate pertinent leasing information while closing sales

- Perform move-in appointments and apartment walk-thru's with incoming residents
- Assist Relocating Prospects From Out of State
- Collect Move-in Documents including Legal Paperwork, Certified Funds, and Proof of Insurance
- Maintain/Exceed Industry Standard Closing Ratios

WAGE

$19-$21/hour DOE commission gas mileage reimbursement

SCHEDULE

Applicant must have the ability to work on Saturdays

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; or twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Applicants with related experience and/or training are preferred.
• Applicants must be proficient in use of MS Office, email, and internet.

Must be legally authorized work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation after conditional job offer.
